CONCRETE

Concrete production is the process of mixing together the various ingredients—water, aggregate, cement, and any additives—to produce concrete. Concrete production is time-sensitive. Once the ingredients are mixed, workers must put the concrete in place before it hardens. In modern usage, most concrete production takes place in a large type of industrial facility called a concrete plant, or often a batch plant.

MICRO CONCRETE

Microconcrete is a dry ready mix Cementetious based composition formulated for use in repairs of areas where the concrete is damaged & the area is restricted in movement making the placement of conventional concrete difficult., It is supplied as a ready to use dry powder which requires only addition of clean water at site to produce a free flowing non shrink repair micro concrete. This is a cementitious material, with additives, which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state with reduced water demand.

READY-MIX CONCRETE

Ready-mix concrete is sometimes preferred over on-site concrete mixing because of the precision of the mixture and reduced work site confusion.However, using a pre-determined concrete mixture reduces flexibility, both in the supply chain and in the actual components of the concrete.

Ready-mix concrete is also referred as the customized concrete products for commercial purpose. Ready-mix concrete, or RMC as it is popularly called, refers to concrete that is specifically manufactured for delivery to the customer's construction site in a freshly mixed and plastic or unhardened state. Concrete itself is a mixture of Portland cement, water and aggregates comprising sand and gravel or crushed stone. In traditional work sites, each of these materials is procured separately and mixed in specified proportions at site to make concrete. Read-mix concrete is bought and sold by volume - usually expressed in cubic meters

STENCIL CONCRETE

Stenciling is easy for a novice to accomplish successfully. Nearly any competent concrete finisher can turn out a passable job the first time out.Stenciling produces a flatter surface profile than some stamped concrete patterns because the joint indentations aren't as deep. The effects are still realistic, but the elevation between high and low points isn't as noticeable. This flatter surface can aid in snow removal because it causes less interference with the blade of a shovel.
